Very sturdy, functional, easy to assemble, good size, perfect to hook and store anything to it and provides great visibility for all items stored.

We have three of these overhead garage storage racks and they work great! They are very sturdy & hold lots of weight. We got different sizes for the different areas we needed to place them. The first one going in was kind of a learning curve, but once we got the hang of it, they installed easily.

Strong & easy to use. The assembly was tedious & took some planning, the result was great. I suggest someone to assist. Also, used a nut driver for most of the fasteners. Seems to be a well planned storage assembly.

Sturdy and happy with product result, however, this took much longer to install than expected. It cannot be mounted flush to a wall because you need some space to bolt the vertical supports to the ceiling brackets. Had to move the ceiling mounts out 3 inches from the wall when we discovered this problem. Happy to have it done and the storage space, I wouldn’t want to install another again soon.In the future I’d consider mounting it away from the walls all together to be able to access the storage from both/all sides. Four feet depth of storage is a lot more than you expect. Especially when only accessible with a ladder.

Very well packed. Instructions were thorough (note: just make sure to look at the diagrams as they give a lot of info). I was able to assemble and install by myself. If you have to do that, just make sure you have a way to raise one side and safely stabilize it while you lift the other side. The shelf, once installed is very sturdy, although you will see some sway when you load heavy items onto it. I love the fact that it is adjustable, and at very small increments! I think it is a great deal for the price. This will really help organize my garage.

I was able to put this up on my own, although having a second person could be helpful. When you lay out the holes for the ceiling brackets, make sure you use a stud finder on every hole (for finished ceilings) because studs are not always perfectly square and parallel to one another. That is honestly the part that takes the most time, making sure your layout is dialed in. I spent about 80% of my time in the ceiling brackets, whereas the vertical members and rack go by very fast. The directions say to connect all 8 rack pieces together before putting it up, but there isn’t any need to do that. I connected 4 rack pieces together to make a square and propped it up on a shelf and ladder I had. I’d still recommend having a second person for the installation of the rack pieces, but if you have something to prop it up on then you can install the entire thing by yourself. Overall the installation can take time, but once completed it’s a very solid rack and looks great. I’d highly recommend this ceiling rack.

Currently, I have one of these set up, but I’m preparing to add another. This will make it easier for me to keep everything I need close at hand. Climbing into the attic can be a challenge, so this solution is the best option I've found for better accessibility.
