I was nervous to purchase at first but these have a good taste. They don't make you run to the bathroom. It's a slow release and they start to work the same day you eat them. They also have a chocolate flavor. I highly recommend them.

The items were as advertised. The.crisps are a tasty way to get your fiber. Be sure to drink water with them and don’t give to children, pets or people with swallowing difficulty as fiber expands and can become a choking hazard.

These are an amazing and great tasting way to add fiber to your diet. Like any fiber, they can stick a bit to your teeth about the gums, so you might need a toothpick, etc.Remember to drink plenty of water with them.

These wafers work. I break them into small pieces and eat throughout the morning. You will need water as the taste is thick.
