Part time DJ
As a DJ that works a weekend or two per month I was looking for a blue tooth alternative to allow guests to tap into my system when I take breaks. I purchased the 8 channel system with skepticism. After testing I was pleased to see that the sound quality was not compromised when compared to my Behinger non digital mixer. Thus far I have only used the Bluetooth function and it works great. Great price too. Note - necessary to press the usb button at channel 5/6 to activate the Bluetooth after pairing. Pairing was simple. Bluetooth name is KG-UM.

Super Easy to use, yet really versatile in functionality. Quality build design
So, first Mixer EVER! Using it for my Neewer NW-700 (Which by the way, is great).First impression? WOW! When it comes out of the box, man is it ever pretty and fancy looking. Knobs Galore, and a great color combination. I was a tad bit intimidated at first, but was even more enthused to delve into its many features.Ease of Use - I found it pretty much Plug & Play. No issues. Plugged in my mic, then to the computer.. and BOOM! Full Mic Control! The volume adjustments are ultra sensitive. So no need to really pump them all the way.I have yet to truly get into all of its bells & whistles. If I ever do, i'll come back and edit this with more of a better review.Overall assessment - For the price, you can't beat it. Sure, you could spend much less on a mixer that just gave you high and low adjustments. But would it be this cool and be able to do this much? HECK NO!

Almost caught fire
I used the unit 3 times, it worked great! All the features are slick, good bang for your buck with this one. Then on the 4th time I used it, the unit started to act up so when I checked all the connections I noticed a burning electrical smell coming from the mixer, I quickly unplugged it and realized it almost caught fire! I'm sending it in for warranty since Pyle honors 1 year from purchase warranty's, but it will cost me $15 and my time. What a pain in the ass!

Great unit
Im using this product for home studio mixing of vocals, guitar, and electronic drums. The sound quality is great. I absolutely love the Bluetooth connectivity! It’s both easy to setup and use. I would definitely recommend it, especially at this price range.

Simple to Use, Love the USB Recording
I'm currently using this with two dynamic mics to record a podcast and it works great. I don't fiddle with the knobs too much -- I set the treble and bass where I needed them and pretty much leave everything alone. Has some great features for streamers or podcasters like injecting sounds from a soundboard through the USB port, although I prefer to use the USB port to record our audio as a backup in case something goes wrong with the recording on the computer. Feels relatively solid for as inexpensive as it is. So far, so good.

USB Computer Interface is Not for Recording Into a PC and Won't Work as a Sound Card for DAWs
I purchased the PMX506 for two things. It had switchable high impedance inputs and "USB for MP3 playback or computer interface." The high impedance inputs are critical for electric guitars and the USB computer interface is necessary for recording into a DAW workstation. I never got to try the guitar inputs because the "computer interface" doesn't work as a sound card. Windows sets it up as a "Composite Device", Android 13 will just beep at you. I tried to use the PMX506 with Ableton 11 Live on a Windows 11 PC and N-Track Pro on an Android 13 tablet. It did not work for either application. Otherwise, the PMX506 is wonderfully constructed, and has a bright display. I also loved the old school sliders, and the pots felt great. The Bluetooth would have been handy too. All in all, the PM506 has many compelling features but the lack of a USB soundcard option makes it useless for me. Pyle, please remove "computer interface" from your marketing claims.

Still deciding
Very small mixer, great price 1st mixer didn't work- exchanged for another hoping this one does. Not sure how much power it can take.
