I started adding tinsel when I get my hair braided, and it adds the perfect pop/design to my hair. Highly recommend if you want a little shininess or a cute little pop of color to your braids.

Once I got the beads to instal the tinsel in my hair this tinsel was perfect. Tying it in is really hard and did not last for me. When I put the tinsel in using the metal crimp beads it lasted for more than a month and I only took it out because I wanted something different. It’s a great length if you have really long hair. My hair is almost down to my belly button and this worked perfectly. It was really strong and held up to brushing, blow drying, even the flat iron. Although I don’t blow dryer or flat iron my hair often. Overall I was totally happy with this product, it was an inexpensive and fun. It would be really great for parties with kids or bachelorette parties! Installing it with the beads wasn’t super hard I just watched a few different YouTube videos and figured out what worked for me.

Worked great! If you knot the strand in right it can stay in for weeks if not months! A pack this big is sort of overkill unless you are using on a regular basis on multiple people.

So many colors to choose from. My daughter loved the variety and I appreciated that it came with the tools to loop and close/open the bead. There were absolutely no instructions and we had to look up and watch a YouTube video at least 10 times to get it, but also, I don’t do hair! It was a bit tricky and took two people to get it in my daughter’s hair. Taking it out was a breeze. The tinsel lasted a long time too, at least a month or more!

My daughter really wanted more tinsel in her hair after her hairdresser put a couple pieces in (for pretty hefty price) at her last haircut. This was very reasonably priced and easy to use. She loved the variety of colors!

The tinsel looks amazing! Looking forward to using this at Christmas for my sister in laws and neices. I read other reviews theirs didn't come with the tool either, mine didn't come and needed that for certain family members.

The hair tinsel is lots of fun. I just used eyelash glue on the end of the tinsel & positioned it where I wanted. Each strand is about 2 feet long, so for a short haired person (like me) this could last a long time!
