Q: Can you use in the uk? it’s been great so far in london but confused by customer service response that it’s untested in the uk?

Yes I have one fitted to my tap and it works great as long as it will fit your tap I have the single tap that both hot and cold water go through hope this helps

Q: How to reset the new cartridge

On the lefthand side there is a little button, press that to reset

Q: I’ve just changed the cartridge but still shows 0 on the screen, what to do?

Just hold the black button on the left for few seconds to reset the Brita tap

I didn't take times but a 1l bottle gets filled in a matter of seconds (10-15), and the flow rate is very close to that of your faucet. When you switch off the filtering valve, the flow is exactly the same as that of your faucet.
