As advertised. Computer works great.

I like it boots up and runs smoothly with no issues Now going into system manager on the computer I notice the CPU runs at 3.4 GHz. I guess the seller put the 3.8GHz as what the CPU is capable of running. This system has a DVD ROM and is not a DVD burner. The seller gave me a credit to buy a USB DVDRW burner. So far this system has run pretty solid. Even with the CPU speed and the not com with the DVD burner DVDRW, I so far like this computer. Cons:Arrived without any instructions, which is bad for someone who has very little knowledge when it comes to computers. Example: The USB device you need for Wi-Fi was in a protective bag, but what do you do with it and how do you connect to Wi-Fi?Could not update the drivers for two of the USB serial ports. Windows was unable to download them. Oddly enough, I purchased a refurbished computer from the same company last year and it has the same problem.Had a very hard time getting the lid open. Had to use a screw driver to get it off.Pros:Inside everything is very, very clean. You would not know it was refurbished. Looks brand new.It is very quiet. You hear a beep when you press the Power button and that is all you will hear.If you need a computer to search the net, use social media, play games and even do video editing, not only is this for you, it is so affordable even I could afford one! Seriously, you will save a lot of money with this and not be sorry.Very well packaged and it arrived a day early!If you know zilch about computers, this is for you. You just plug it in and are ready to go.In a year I may purchase yet another refurbished computer from them.

This is my first adventure in buying electronics rebuilt, rescued, rehabilitated retrofitted. I waited about a year and a half before I tuned it on. It cannot keep the type and pictures the same size from page to page. Anytime I search for a business it gives me locations in Australia. It's frustrating, as I live in the USA, and nowhere do I list my address anywhere but the USA. It can't remember what state or store I want. An example, I went to Lowes, and it told me my store was in Hawaii. I changed the zip code and got a Lowes about 12 miles from my home. When I went to check out it put me back in the Hawaiian Lowes store. It says it's Windows 10 from 2009. I didn't know computers suffered from old age

After first opening the box the first thing that struck me was that the computer used to be a business computer -- the type that are sold in bulk. The top of the computer easily lifts up to gain access to the inside which is a big plus. You can't beat the amazing 32gb of RAM. The set up was very easy. I hadn't purchased a computer in 8 years so I didn't know how stream lined setting up a new computer was. For under $200 the computer was a steal. The only thing that it didn't have that I wanted was a SD card slot but I very quickly got an external reader. No biggie.

Bought this to replace a ten-year old computer with Windows 8. Have had good luck buying other refurbished items from Amazon and didn’t want to spend a lot of money for a new system, so decided to go with this PC as it checked all the boxes for what I needed to use it for. Item arrived a little scuffed/scratched up but I’ve found this to be pretty typical with refurbished items. Set up was easy and so far computer has ran smoothly with no problems. Very happy with this purchase; a newer computer with an updated version of windows.

Received yesterday, very well packaged for mailing. It had everything I needed, came right on and walked me through my setup. I thought there was an issue with the HDMI port but it was actually an HDMI adapter port. I called and spoke with Lindsey in Customer Service and she sent us adapter out the same day. Great Customer Service!!

Amazon took a week to deliver, but arrived in good condition except mouse had a crushed button due to shipping. Not a problem as I had one. Tried to add a nvme adapter card with an nvme ssd and computer wouldn't accept it, so I copied my existing info through network connections. SSD was not set up as secure boot uefi. Overall, good computer for the money. Slow bootup using legacy and pxe, not uefi. Update: Kingfast SSD suddenly quit without warning after 4 months. No recoverable files or boot records accessible. Lost two months of data and several newly purchased apps. Installed new PNY ssd and downloaded new windows10. now boots quickly with pxe disabled, ahci enabled. Failed drive loses partition overnight while disconnected from USB.
