This item is perfect. Have bought wedge before both were too high. This one is comfortable plus great height. No more painful neck. Bought for Acid Reflux. Quality product.

I suffer from water on the brain and was waking up with headaches due to my fluid not draining whilst I was asleep. After speaking with a neurosurgeon he said I should sleep at a 30° angle so the fluid drained. Since purchasing this pillow I have used it twice and have not woken with a headache . So thank you very much. Excellent product.

Wife quickly got used to sleeping on this pillow. Left for a couple of days for it to fully expand (it arrives shrink wrapped), this is necessary and part of the instructions supplied. She has been sleeping well on it and got used to it very quickly. Recommended.

Very firm wedge, holds its shape well and like the zip cover for washing. The upright function is good and use it often , first thing in the morning. But the low angle to sleep ( for reflux etc) doesn't work for me. Still have to slightly raise my head as it's not too comfortable. Otherwise very supportive and good solid memory foam

My husband uses the leg rest and is pleased with it. It is the right size and says it takes the pressure off his lower back. He sleeps more comfortably with this leg rest than using normal pillows. It does it's job and is worth the money. Nice sturdy item with a removable cover - well made.

Excellent product. I strained my back and needed to elevate a leg in bed to be able to stop back and knee pain from preventing getting to sleep. This worked very well and alleviated the pain. It is well made, comfortable and wide enough for both legs. I had tried using pillows without success. Definitely recommend this item for elevating legs in bed.

Upon arrival the pillow was left to air and inflate for 24+ hours. I was expecting a bit of a foamy/plasticky smell but there was none.The pillow I purchased is 7.5 inch high and it is far too hard and the incline is too steep. Because it is so high and hard you can’t put your own pillow on top (as shown in the seller’s photo) and it is not at all comfortable. It would need to be softer and springier with a smaller incline to make it comfortable to sleep on and still fit for purpose.To illustrate, in the photo you can see mechanical scales weighing 2.2kg on top of the pillow and it does not make the slightest indentation (the average weight of a human head is 2.3 to 5 kg).Perhaps it would work for someone who wanted to elevate their feet …I will not return as have no idea how that could be done now it has inflated to its full size. It was very expensive for what it is and considering what the cost of production must be it is nowhere near good value for money.I definitely do not recommend.

This works best in the upright position as a comfortable backrest for reading in bed.For me it doesn’t work so well as a wedge GERD pillow. The height of 7.5 inches (19cm) is just too high and steep. This feels an uncomfortable posture to sleep and when I wake up, in the morning or during the night, I’ve generally slipped right down to the lowest part of the wedge. I certainly can’t use my orthopaedic pillow in combination with this design.I think a max height of 2-3 inches would be much better and would unable the use of a sculpted orthopaedic pillow on top of the wedge.
