Q: What is the recommended age? There is a picture of a boy having his 2-year birthday party, multiple baby pictures, but the description says 3+.

Purchased for my granddaughter who just turned 2. She likes the tent and goes in it. I've noticed that her cousin who is 4 loves it and will play inside. My granddaughter will play and stay inside with other children. Think she'll spend more time in it in the next year or so. Its really cute, her mom loved it.

Q: I have lost one of the white connection pieces that joins the poles. Where can I get a replacement please?

hi sorry to hear the news, we broke one of the white plastic connector for the wooden poles, wrote email to the company explaining the situation. They reply very quickly with questions about which tent model and Amazon order number. After the information was verified they sent replacement connectors, wonderful customer service experience!!!

It’s sturdy. I’m not sure what exactly you are asking? We got one for our 3 year old daughter for Christmas. One of the nicer ones I’ve seen. Hope this helps.

My 2 year old granddaughter loves her teepee. It is worth the money for us. She goes in every night to read books We can go in it with her. A one year old can go in but I would not leave them unsupervised The twinkle lights add a special effect we love. Easy assembly.

High Quality tent

No floor mat

Very nice tent, but we didn’t receive floor mat as mentioned in the name of the product.

The tent comes without mat

I’ve ordered 2 and both came without the floor mat. The rope to hold it together is short and brakes easily. It’s a nice tent but I’m sure you can find better

Missing items and not the quality as promised

Items details show it has a place mat which we didn’t get, no pockets on canvas, no carry bag, it had 8 sticks with 4 connectors, wood quality is not upgraded it is soft wood and one broke while fixing. Instead of 13 m we got 2 m fairy lights, I am glad Amazon customer service offered free returns.

Very disappointed!

Very disappointed! The ad clearly states that a padded mat comes with the tent. But we only received the tent!!!
