Excellent
You only get what you pay for and these are very good. Hold fast in 1930’s soft bathroom walls for grab handles. Sealed as well but do stand fractionally proud of surface to do so.

Essential to blow out the debris after drilling
If you don't blow out the debris, these will have a tendency to spin when the substantial screw goes in, resulting in a bit of a problem, and certainly no seal. I used an length of the outer part of some old phone wire.Drill a bit deeper then the plug, otherwise the plug will sit a bit proud.But if all goes well, the result is an exceptionally solid fixing.
