Q: Would this work for 2022 model ?

I just received and installed this on my '22 GX today. It took 15-20 minutes to install. It Worked as described no issue

Q: After install on 2023 GX460 now my key fob stopped working why?

Try to remove the device and then remove the negative battery terminal for 10 minutes and then hook it back. Try the remote if it’s working everything is good then remove the negative battery terminal again install the device and then put the negative terminal back on the battery and try.

Q: Is it safe to install? For electrical parts, car warranty and I heard that after remote start stop anti theft alarm goes on..is that because of this ?

Doesn’t work

On a 2023 model Lexus GX 460’ it doesn’t work and the folding mirror option when plug in doesn’t work. For the factory the closing or opening of the windows from the remote works from the factory.What a shame :( plus fitment is a pain it you don’t know what you are doing can cause damage the plastic for the steering column while opening it to connect the device. Will not recommend this at all.
