This helped me to connect my newer iPhone 16e to an older 2017 Hyundai sonata’a Apple Carplay. The car only recognizes the older chargers with the flat head so you have to add this to it and then it will pick up your phones Apple CarPlay. Without it you will only get access to Bluetooth options. This allows you to put your apps like maps on your car screen. Very much needed. Very affordable. Simple fix. Very good product

I bought these as backups if and when I loose my main adapter. I hadn’t taken them out of the packaging until yesterday after loosing my main one. The cable is noticeably thicker than an Apple Original adapter, which clued me in that these are probably not apple certified. One of them had glue on the outside of the adapter. After taking the other adapter in the pack, I brought it with me to work. I noticed right away that there is considerable white noise if you aren’t playing anything. It got so bad that I had to replug it to get the noise to go away. Things were going alright right up to when I went to play my music and the music came out my phones speakers for a split second before returning to my headphones. Mind you, I had not unplugged them. I discovered shortly after that my iPhone doesn’t recognize the adapter and thinks it’s playing through speakers, which may have led to the problem. I do not believe apple certified this product since apple products don’t recognize it. Don’t waste your time or money on this, just pay the $10 for an apple adapter.Edit: DO NOT BUY!Both adapters are now broken. A little while after posting this review, the adapter I was using broke. I could no longer hear out of my right earbud while using it. This was after only a SINGLE DAY of use. I took the other one out of the packaging; I had chosen not to use them because there was glue on the outside that has since worn off. The second adapter just failed exactly the same way as the first. I thought I was getting a decent deal getting 2 adapters for the price of one, but all I have now are 2 busted adapters. I have changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star to reflect my dissatisfaction with this product. If I could set the review to 0 stars I would. DO NOT BY, THIS CHEAP TRASH WILL BREAK AFTER A SHORT WHILE OF USE.

These work great with my iPhone. I've ordered them several times. I use one with the headphones by my bed, one with the headphones I use traveling and the ones I have at work. I've also given some to family members.

I know most people use now AirPods or something similar, but I’m a bit of an old school and still use wired headphones. With Apple eliminating the audio port on their phones, this little adapter allows me to listen to my podcasts from my phone. Lightweight and portable!

Gets a short in it and only one side will work and then the whole thing goes bad. Doesn’t last very long. It works great for about 3 months

One didn’t work out of the box, but my aux cord can be finicky. The other one worked just fine so I’m guessing it was a defect in the dongle.The one that works works great. Fits perfect, connection is good, I purchased a couple tests ago and it still works, so seems pretty durable.Only con is one didn’t work.

I’m old school and still use ear plugs with my iPad that is still lightning plugged, these probably won’t be around for long so I bought this 2 pack, I might buy more because I don’t plan on a new iPad for awhile!

Looks like the real one n feels like it but I slightly pulled on it 2 weeks from having it accidentally and it started failing. It’s cheap u get what u pay for.
