This recliner is just about perfect. Easy to assemble (make sure the arms lock in tight before attaching the back). I am very short (about 5') so my feet don't touch the floor when just sitting--making it imperative to raise the leg rest a bit so my legs/feet don't hang. But that is a typical "problem" for me. The back isn't too high, though, which is good. I don't have to use the electric lift to get out of the chair, yet, so can't comment about that feature. It's a relief to know I will have that capability if and when I need it. The upholstry is great and the design is unique, unlike polyester upholstry that pills terribly. The price is right and so far, so good! My grandkids were impressed, too.

I ordered two of these chairs one for home and one for our summer house. When they arrived I put the first one together right away and it was extremally easy to do. The motor on these are chairs are extremally quite, you can not hear them run at all. I did run to an issue with the remote wire connections that control the heat and message that didn't fit together. After a couple of emails to the seller, they sent out the correct remote and it took two seconds to plug it and we where off and running. very comfortable and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for one of these chairs.

Upper part of my chair broke. The company via email [from china] remedied the problem by sending an entire new upper chair in a completely reasonable amount of time [from Georgia] . Problem solved. Exceptional customer service when something went wrong. Seat is reasonably comfortable aside from the hidden massage buzzers which would be ineffective if they had to pad more. I live how the buzzing massage when it stops... I falling asleep as if I have been soothed to sleep. There are 5 buzz zones...even your legs. Doesn't recline flat but very close. Many a snooze so far in my chair. Didn't like the protective liner, sold separately. I got four my shedding dogs. It falls when the chair reclines and became a nuisance. Save your 35 on that piece. Otherwise happy enough. Probably get less bells and whistles on next chair when I need one. One more note. When my chair broke it was locked in lift position and there was no easy to lower it until the new part arrived. This was confirmed through my email with anj. No manual operation which I think was poor design.

Easy use an helps to get in

First, don’t believe the reviews that say it’s easy to get in the house, it’s not. I had to rip apart the boxes (because you can’t open them and pull the pieces out they’re packed in there so tight) and take into the house piece by piece. Putting it together was fairly easy and at first I was quite happy with the chair. The second thing I didn’t like was the noise from the lumbar and back setting on the vibration function, thighs and legs are okay. Third, the heat cycles on and off instead of being a constant for the 5-25 minutes it’s supposed to be on. But the worst thing in my opinion is the remote cord which is way too short. At least once every 5 days or so the damn thing comes unplugged from the back as there’s no slack in it and then you’re stuck in whatever position the chair is in. If fully extended I have to turn the chair on it’s side to get to the plug. I have limited mobility and can barely do it. Oh and one of the times I was reaching over the arm to get the remote which bungeed to the floor the arm popped off. All in all a poorly designed chair that could have been great if they hadn’t cut so many corners. Yes you get what you pay for but if the company had spent another 5 dollars in making the chair it would have been great.

Bought this chair for my elderly father. He finds it comfortable and easy to use and clean.One year later contacted seller to purchase a new controller as the wire had frayed. They asked for a pic and promptly sent a new controller. Received an additional remote after wiring fraying again.Update 2 1/2 years later - remote stopped working all together and chair is now useless. Company no longer assisting with a new remote as it has been discontinued. So had to purchase another chair. To be fair my father uses this chair a lot.

The directions suck but there’s a YouTube video I used to help although it wasn’t much better. Luckily it’s pretty self explanatory so I figured it out. I’m 41 year old female and was able to put this together for my 90 year old grandmother in about 20 or 30 mins. She loves the massage and the lift helps so much to get her butt out of the chair without me having to pull or tug on her fragile skin. Well worth the money. This replaces her lazy boy recliner and she brags it’s much softer and much more padded than the lazy boy! I don’t think she can actually feel the heat but I bought her a nice electric blanket which may be why she doesn’t notice the heat in the chair. I’d say we are 100% happy with our purchase. She weighs 180lbs and is 5’4” tall. I opted for the larger version probably would have been fine to have gone with the smaller one as she has lots of room on either side with the larger one.

I was shocked how easy these chairs were for my husband to put together and he has a bad arm shoulder back and 2 bad knees. Very comfortable. I personally have to use this chair to sleep in and everything but it has heat in the chair and massage. Way less money spent on a lift chair bought at a cheap store and it was well over $1,000where that owner fat man on TV that says will never gets you over a few bucks. whatever store that is. They are extra wide,heat massage. Nice color. I paid about 700 dollars less than the one that I did buy at that cheap furniture store in Oklahoma City.
