Short version:high price, perfect shower experience. Long-term reliability is to be seen due to potential nozzle clogging.Long version:This is the best shower head that I ever experienced, not only in our house but in many places in US and outside. The main difference between this shower head and the rest is that it doesn't create a shower torrent. It creates a soothing mist, since nozzles are so small. Very different experience.My only concern is a potential clogging of the very fine nozzles. There is a mesh filter at the inlet, however only time will tell if this is actual or imaginary concern.Until then - I'll be experiencing the best shower in my life.

Used it to replace an older hand held Grohe head. So easy to just unscrew the old one and screw this one.

I am very surprised by the plastic materials used for the hinges on the wall bar. I prefer all metal materials. The shower head is of reasonable size (4 inches). The hose is also plastic, which I really dislike.

I bought this product to replace a 20 year old Hansgrohe hand held shower-head that had finally failed. Although not the exact same shower-head, it is lighter, and has three settings for the type of water-spray it emits. The replaced shower-head had a few more features but I found I never used them.This new shower-head appears well built, came packaged with a plastic guard over the male threaded end that connects to the hose (make sure you remove that when installing), and also included a replacement washer. It was a very easy to install.The three water-spray settings can be changed, with or without the water turned on, with a simple press of the button located on the shower-head handle.

Lasted for about 18 months then sprung a leak and one day the hose detached from the wand — pretty irritating! Especially since hansgrohe is supposed to be good.

This head was in the shower at a hotel in London I stayed at. I couldn’t stop thinking about it. Now I have the same shower of my dreams at home. Feels so good, gets shampoo out of my long hair immediately and looks so chic.

I have now installed 3 different shower heads never to be satisfied. But now I've finally found the best one ever! I got the one the that puts out 2.5 GPM. I also got the showerhose and shower arm which is pretty important because I don't think the shower head would fit just any shower arm. The powder rain feels so good I don't want to get out of the shower. I can't say enough good things about this shower head...I love it!

This is the best handshower I've ever purchased. It has the Powderrain setting that it soft and not stinging like other shower heads.

The material is indeed resistant to calcium buildup. I have another shower head with the small holes and within 2 days it had all the calcium marks.The gentle rain mode also works well. Lower pressure but I still feel it is more than enough water to shower.
