Easy to construct, adorable and well put together.

This little house was perfect for a feral kitty that I saved. I purchased additional insulation and secured it in place so it would have additional protection from the cold winters here in Virginia. The price of this was absolutely great. It shipped quickly. It was relatively easy to put together except for lining up the roof, I needed an another person to help me but other than that it was simple. I would purchase this again.

The media could not be loaded. I bought 2 of these for my feral cats catio. Pretty easy to put together but they don’t predrill all the holes. Wood cracks easily if you’re not careful. I didn’t predrill any holes and just went for it. A little cracking happened. The only major confusion,was the hinge. You have to flip it/reverse it and it took me a couple of tries to get the sides properly to line up. I didn’t install the hook closures mainly because I couldnt figure out the orientation. It looks weird on paper and it won’t matter for my cats. The lids pretty heavy. Smells good. You will need a wrench for the nut side(I think it was 10 mm but can’t remember now. And a Philips screwdriver. Hopefully the cats actually use them.

What I liked about it it came on time, I also like the price, it wasn't so expensive. I also like that it's all natural wood. I assembled it myself it was easy, it says that it takes two people to do it but I managed to do it myself. The holes were perfectly aligned. I don't know about if it's waterproof because I have it indoors. Well as you can see the rabbit loves it. She had one but it was small for her so I decided to upgrade her to this beautiful comfortable wooden Hut. Some people call it a cage or home but I call it a hut for her, she likes to hide into it and sleep in it as well. I'm glad I bought it for her. Money well spent. Will recommend it to family and friends or whoever is interested in getting a new cage or a hut for their pets.

I love these. I have 3 on my covered porch with heater mats & straw inside, for my outdoor only cats. I removed the door/ramp because they don't need them. They are so cute & match my house, they're solid wood & the price is great. I had to get more than one because they all wanted to sleep in the first one. My cats only tolerate each other, and these houses are too small for more than one cat, anyway, so they can't share them.The 2nd cat house I ordered broke while assembling. There was a knot in one of the front legs & it snapped off. I contacted the manufacturer (Trixie) to request a replacement front panel, with pics of the broken leg. Without any questions, they responded quickly with apology & tracking # for the replacement. I was so surprised when an entire new cat house arrived!I definitely recommend these. Very cozy with an outdoor approved pet heating pad! I'm not sure how they'd do exposed to direct rain/weather, but my first one was out in Pacific Northwest winter on the covered porch & still looks new.

It was smaller then expected, arrived on time but i was not happy about the lower bottom of the board, it took me longer then normal to put it together because of the the boards were not fitting correctly, and the return policy is not good either, they deduct a percentage off when you’re returning it 15% restocking fee and it must be in the original package which I did and I like these rules and additional you have to pay for the return shipping label which I think is totally unfair I would like to get a refund but I am having a hard time dealing with those problems I have to pay all those fees I’m barely getting anything back on my return so I decided to stay with a defected item as a result.

It's a decent product once put together, but the instructions are poor and the hinges were installed incorrectly, causing a lot of trouble to correct and install the top flap. The interior support hinge will not attach on the inside, as the holes are not drilled correctly and the screws are too long - if installed the screws would poke through the top. So I was unable to completely put it together, but it makes a decent box that would comfortably fit one large or two small cats.

First I want to say I noticed reviews complaining about the smell, this thing has a beautiful cedar smell, I wish I could get my whole house to smell like this box. No split, cracked, or chipped pieces, all the wood in good condition. Assembly was a breeze, just a few simple steps, with extra hardware provided, feels sturdy enough for our feral friend. Cat showed up on our doorsteps a week ago crying out, we fed him, now he won’t leave, so I figured might as well get him a house, he seems to love lounging on top, still working on getting him to go to the bed we placed inside the box, he’s a cat he’ll figure it out, it’s only been 30 minutes so can’t complain. Wish I could let him inside but our 2 dogs and current cat don’t seem found of that idea, anyways now he’s got his own little spot. Looks nice outside too, definitely not an eyesore.

Das neue Katzenhaus wurde schnell geliefert. Der Aufbau war einfach, da es nur wenige Teile waren. Es ist robust und hübsch anzusehen.

猫用に購入しました。サイズが心配でしたが丁度良かったです。予定の発送日が度重なって延期になり不安でしたが、遅れる際はきちんと連絡をいただけてちゃんと到着しました。中学生でも簡単に作ることができ、かわいい小屋が完成しました。小屋の床にわずかな隙間があったのが気になりましたが、それもずらして固定する事で気にならなくなりました。
