Q: This is water proof ?

yes. I have had no problems with water getting onto the units

Q: How do I install it, does the tire have to be dismounted and a new valve installed?

You take off the cap to the valve stem and follow the installation instructions. It’s pretty easy and, no, the tire does not need to come off.

Q: Will this work on 2020 indian challenger

It screws onto the open end of the valve stem. I think it will work on any bike.

Q: Are these the same sensors (just repackaged) as the other sensors out there?

These are original sensor directrly imported from manufacturer FOBO. We are not sure of what kind of a product the you are referring to.
