Q: will this fit on a small mini itx it is bigger than stock cooler?

Its a much bigger cooler. Depends ion the ITX motherboard you want to install it on!

Q: Are these easy to install are instructions easy to follow ?

One of the easiest coolers to install. Thermal paste should already be applied to the heat sink, and the whole thing can be installed with the motherboard already in the case (no backplate to install). You simply make sure the feet/clips are in the locked position and retracted, then line it all up and push all 4 feet in until they click (then plug in the fan). To remove you rotate each clip/foot 90° anti-clockwise and pull out, and it comes off.

Q: My board the fan screws into the motherboard will this do the same?

You will have a back plate on your current cooler that enables the cooler to appear that it screws into the board. This akasa cooler fits in the same way as the intel stock cooler where it's a push pin fit into the same holes that your back plate goes through. This means that you will have to remove your motherboard to then remove the backplate so that this cooler and other coolers based on the push pin system of the stock intel cooler can be used. A limited few computer cases do have a cut-out in the chassis to allow access to this plate from the other side so the motherboard doesn't need removing. The pins on this cooler are only turned to remove the cooler and not to tighten it up as per another answer! The pins have to be on the lock position before fitting the cooler which is the default position when packaged.

Q: Will this work on a very small microatx because i have heard that it is a bit bigger than the stock cooler?

I have used this cooler on a micro ATX motherboard with LGA755 socket no problem, it bigger than a stock cooler but not by much, I had no issue with space
