Q: what type of charging cable does it use? we lost ours and trying to replace it.

It's definitely NOT a mini USB regardless of what dufus Scott T. says. I've been trying to find out as well. It seems to be it's own proprietary type of USB cable because mini and micro do not fit at all, at least not mine. Maybe they made an updated version with different cable.

Q: Can the controller be reset? One day into use and it only goes in circles. Not sure what's going on.

We had this issue too. It’s like it lost connection and is stuck on the last command it was given. We removed the battery in the remote and then put it back in and it reset and works fine.

Q: Does it work on normal hot wheels track?

It does! We've made lots of different tracks for our remote control Hot Wheels! You just have to slow down around curves or they fly off lol

Q: Can you use more than 1 car at once or do they interfere with each other?

We've played with 4 different remote control Hot Wheels and they work fine together
