SMALLER THAN IT LOOKS ON AMAZON
Bought for Nikon D3100 for daily use for my daughter at college. Picked this due to brand name and reduced price. Have other Lowepro products myself and have been well made and durable if a little high in price - usually get what you pay for and the kit it's protecting isn't cheap!First impressions of the TLZ 30 II. Smaller than I thought it would be, only just takes body with kit 18-55 lens would struggle with long telephoto and certainly no space for a second lens. 2 internal pockets but as these are in the lid they close on the back of the camera so anything like a spare battery runs the risk of being pushed hard against the rear screen if camera sits high in bag. Would have liked to see external zipped pocket rather than the 2 elastic ones. Should be OK for short term or if you only need to protect basic kit if travelling light but consider something else if you want more versatility.

Perfect bag for adventurers with smaller cameras
Great bag! Used it to hold my Sony A6000 and it fits perfectly. this bag is ideal to use with a backpack because of the fact the camera goes in at the top. It doesn't added any extra weight whilst keep the camera protected. The bag kept my device secure and bump free throughout multiple roller coaster rides and tower of terror drops at Disneyworld.Bag has multiple handy sized pockets for extra batteries, memory cards and what ever other extras you need to carry, my often holds two batteries a couple of SD cards, clip on lenses for my phone and a phone charger. This wouldn't fit a traditional big DLSR but for a smaller mirrorless or bridge this is perfect.Very impress with the Lowepro brand and will look out for them if I am in need of a more 'traditional' camera bag.

Very nice, but could benefit from a divider
I have bought several Lowepro bags before and always been impressed with the construction and durability - and this bag is just as good as all of the others. I use if for my Fuji X-A2 with the 16-50mm kit lens and the camera fits quite well putting it in 'lens cap' first. There is a small amount of space adequate for memory cards and batteries, although there is a slim 'pouch' inside the lid of the case for memory cards and slim batteries. There is also a belt loop so it can be worn that way, though I'd suggest that the bag is a little too large for that specific use and with a DSLR would probably pull your trousers down! The reason I can't give it five stars is because it isn't clear from the description that this isn't classed as a shoulder bag. It has a long strap which you would wear over the shoulder, so I would class it as a shoulder bag. However, not being a shoulder bag means that it doesn't come with any dividers. So when you place you have the camera in the bag, any accessories in there with it are in the same space without any protection. Therefore, if you'll only use it with a camera and attached lens then it will be fine. If you want to carry accessories in there and aren't happy with the possibility that they'll bash into each other, you may want to look for something else.

Excellent bag with useful features!!
I bought this bag after the Canon bag I purchased was too small. This bag has an array of useful features such as a front pocket, elastic pouches, interior zip pocket and SD card holder and interior dividers. The bottom of the bag is also covered in a robust rubber grip which adds extra protection. My camera is a Canon EOS 750D with an 18-135mm lens and it fits snugly. There is just enough room for the battery charger block to be kept inside with the camera. An extra lens does not fit with my camera however this is not a problem for me. My only criticism is that the shoulder strap is a little cheap and could do with a padded area.

A good purchase
A good quality bag that will protect my camera from bumps and rain. Nice and light so it doesn't feel like you're carrying any extra weight. I have a Canon 70d with an 18mm-135mm lens and it fits snugly into the bag, although I have to wrap the strap around the lens for a better fit. The outer pockets are useful for storing spare batteries and lens caps etc. but not sure I could get much inside the case top apart from a spare memory card. The case strap is comfortable on my shoulder but I sometimes carry it around my waist like a belt instead. This case is ideal if you only want to take one lens with you.

Good case. TLZ 30 II fits a Panasonic FZ1000 just right.
Bought this for my Panasonic FZ1000. It fits it well and the padding gives it good protection. I like the hard plastic casing where the lens is as it gives good extra protection without making the bag bulky.I originally bought the TLZ 20 II for the FZ1000. It's just too small, not much in it but too small nonetheless.Would definitely recommend if you own a bridge camera.

Sturdy, secure camera bag.
Was given this as a present, having already bought a Lumix FZ330 bridge camera. Chose this one based on the Lowepro name and positive reviews. It's a strong, well made top loading camera bag, which my camera and lense fit into snuggly. There is still space in the bag for a limited number of odds and ends, maybe a spare battery, SD cards, etc. There are also separate pouches on the sides of the case, which may give a little more storage. The case comes with an adjustable shoulder strap and belt loop. Don't know how weatherproof it is yet, as I've not used it when the weather's been bad. Overall, I think that it's an excellent case at a great price and I look forward to using it more as we move into the summer.

Convenient carry-on bag, but shoulder strap doesn't feel very safe
3.5/5Bought this for my Nikon 3500.The good - it fits the camera with lens attached perfectly. The material is good and I feel like the camera is very protected in there. It's also very comfortable to carry, a good size for going around just with the camera and have a quick access to it, and the shoulder padding is comfortable. The bad - The hooks in the shoulder straps are very flimsy, I feel they could easily break (they're plastic) or be opened with a jank. I ended up returning it because I didn't feel safe going in the street with my expensive camera in there. Also the pockets won't fit the camera charger, I think that's to be expected given the size, but I hoped I could have all my camera accessories in one place - if you want a case just for going out with the camera then this is for you!
