Love this printer. They also message you time to time to check on you to see if you need any help!!! Wow that’s amazing customer service. It’s pretty self explanatory but does take trial and error if you are shopping around for paper etc. getting it to load properly. All the recommended labels have worked though easy peasy. For someone who needs an affordable printer starting out on eBay etc. this will be perfect for you. It can do everything I need including customizing my own labels/stickers for my packages within the app. This is Bluetooth but through their app and does have extra steps bc of saving the file then uploading to the app but for the price you can’t beat it! It even comes in pink my favorite color. Speed choice is another neat factor I print on a slower speed to get best quality but if I’m in a hurry I use the recommended speed which is super fast and time saving… honestly quality of the faster speed print is just as good. Just preference really.

Overall this does what it should; it prints shipping labels perfectly and easily. However, I was looking for a Bluetooth connection to the Windows OS, not just to an application in Windows.Print quality, it prints. Black is black and it is perfectly within the label, so 5 starsUsing Bluetooth, you can only use their app on Windows or mobile to connect and control it, so it doesn't show up as a printer that can be used directly by the OS. Trying to print directly from Etsy via the Bluetooth connection is impossible. You have to export to a PDF, open it in their app on Windows, crop it (if needed) then print through the app. Too many steps. Either that or you can do the same via the app on your mobile device. It is worth knowing that using the apps installs a WeChat service in device manager, something I do NOT want on my PC. So for that I give it 2 stars as I despise anything that installs other applications and chat functions.Easy to use, sure. Plug it in via USB and it does what printers do. No need for extra 3rd party applications or drivers, Windows knows what to do. Loading paper is easy and straight forward. Hold button for two flashes so it calibrates. Follows the setup directions and you are good. Still only giving 4 stars for the Bluetooth ease of use.Final thoughts, if you are looking for a true Windows compatible Bluetooth thermal printer, this is not the one for you. However, if you are looking for an easy to use and very decently priced USB shipping label printer, this is where it's at. I would just plug it in and let windows do its thing and only install the apps on your mobile device if you ABSOLUTELY need to print from it. Overall - 4 stars

Love the color and the small size. Great little printer that gets the job done. The app on my iPad is easy to use when printing my labels for Etsy. I think my only negative is that I do have to realign the label paper sometimes to keep in centered but thankful it is very easy to do and doesn’t happen too often. I want to give it more like 4 1/2 stars because for the price it really is a great deal.

I'm so glad I bought this bluetooth thermal shipping label printer! It's so portable and easy to use, and it prints labels so quickly. I'm starting a small business and hope to soon be shipping out a lot of products. I used to have to use a regular printer and cut out labels, but this printer is so much faster and easier. I can just print out a label and stick it on the package. It's also really portable, so I can take it with me to trade shows or other events. I would definitely recommend this printer to anyone who ships a lot of products.Here are some of the things I love about this printer:After using this printer for awhile I am enjoying it. It's very portable, I like that I can take it with me and move it in and out of the office. Connecting to my smart phone was very easy, having a wireless bluetooth connection is really nice. I also have the Chrome extension installed which makes printing from a web browser super easy. I did notice that the print quality seems to be better from the smartphone app vs the computer; this may be due to settings I may need to adjust.It prints labels very quickly. I can print out a label and stick it on a package in just a few seconds.It's very easy to use. I can just connect it to my computer or phone and start printing labels.It's affordable. Good quality for the price paid.Print quality is very good (photos in this review for example)Things I do not like:I wish it had a try to better hold the labels or the ability to add print rolls. (Not sure if there are after market accessories for this).I have a few labels that are separated from the pack and unfortunately due to the automatic label recognizing it doesn't seem to accept a single label (keeps spitting it out).Overall, I'm very happy with this printer. It's been a great addition to my business, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who ships a lot of products. Would recommend to a friend.

I love that it is more compact than my older one and it connects to my phone so easily!! No more having to turn on my laptop just to print shipping labels!! First label printed so fast and easily!! Super impressed!! 🤩

I like this printer. What used to be an ordeal of printing shipping labels is so much less fumbling and cutting and taping now. It's one little function that's smooth like buttah.I wasn't able to get this printer to print via bluetooth, and that's disappointing. I'm pretty good when it comes to tech and following directions, and I was even okay with having a probable spy app on my phone so I could print via my iPhone.The good news is that they sent an adapter for lightning connections and a printer cable. I wasn't expecting that, and I was impressed with the thoughtful additions. The fact that it's pretty easy to print with this printer despite its limitations makes me much less disappointed with the apps and drivers associated with the product.

Perfect for small businesses that are printing shipping labels and invoices. It prints fast and crisp! I also use it to make stickers for the kids that they can color!Highly recommend
