So, I'm one of those people that loves to bake but don't know the difference in cocoa powders. The cocoa powder made by the company famous for its chocolate chip cookies was always good enough. Well, I made myself a chocolate cake for my birthday and the recipe called for Dutch processed cocoa. OMG the difference in flavor was amazing. And I learned a little trick. Google "blooming cocoa powder". You won't be sorry. Anyway, I'll be buying this brand again. Made in the USA!

I made brownies with this and it was delicious, this cocoa powder is very rich and great for baking. Makes baked goods for fudgy and moist!

I purchased this because I had been buying El gusto brand hot chocolate. If you know , you know.This one is by far the best one on the market,- low sugar, sodium , and a deep chocolate flavor . It melts easily.

This is good-quality cocoa. I would have given it a 5-star rating, but the packaging was too tight, meaning that where you cut the top off, the cocoa falls out all over. The bag is filled too high. Messy, but once I got it cleaned up, it was great.

When a recipe calls for Dutch Process Cacao powder this is a good one! Makes for a very rich cookie and is different from regular unsweetened cacao powder
