Colleagues say it sounds good
Purchased this for 'web' meetings at home. Co-workers say it sounds good. More like a in person meeting with sound through the speakers and talk via this mic. Better than earbuds or headphones.

Excellent Product
My computer did not come with a built in mic, so I tried an inexpensive, simple mic to see if I could visit with Cortana a little bit. This handy little unit installed and worked exactly as described and me and Cortana are both happy with it's performance. I love it when things you buy work as well as described.

Works, but caution
So, I bought this because the microphone on my PC is lousy, and I have to do a lot of Webex meetings with colleagues in France. I also hate using the headset I was provided. So, I bought this. It works very well, but my mute button can't be used. If I push it it sticks and stays down, so I can't take myself off mute. This causes issues. They need to improve this button ever so slightly to avoid this. Otherwise, it works very well.

Easy to connect/use - great sound quality
This simply plugged into the USB port and began working. Did not require any special configuration. When using this as a conference call mic - the people I was talking to said my sound quality was great!

Works beautifully
I had an issue with my laptop being connected to an external monitor most of the time. Since my built-in microphone is inside the laptop next to the keyboard/screen interface, I couldn't use the mic with the laptop closed and had to open it whenever I had a teleconference -- a pain in the neck. This did the trick: now, I can keep the laptop closed and still have a working microphone, which I can also move it around my desk as needed. It's what I wanted, and it provided, so five stars to this little gadget.

Great for online meetings
Just plug it in and go. Works great. I can set it on the corner of my desk out of the way and they can hear me clearly in my online meetings.

Excellent Microphone
Purchased it to use with PC to use the Alexa App.. Hate the "Headphone/mic combo" . This allows me free untethered movement, and picks up my voice from anywhere in my home office. Takes up no space on the desk, as it is place on top of the desktop PC.
