Black screen of death..
The media could not be loaded. bought computer in January and it’s already broken. Never dropped, never had moisture, always in a protective case. But already broken less than a year. Screen just stays black.. I thought it was still under warranty, but I can’t find it anywhere. I don’t know what else to do. I think the seller needs to make it right.. if I pay almost $2000 for a computer I expect it to work for more than eight months. Someone help please!!
