Excellent
Excellent condition, no visible physical details and with 97% battery which is excellent. Good screen resolution, everything works and it is perfect. Took about a week to receive but in excellent condition.

Specific fault
This specific computer was faulty although it said it was refurbished as new. There is a hardware problem with the built in camera. Apple was able to inform me that it was a fault that had been reported to them three months before I purchased the item. It was a difficult and long process but eventually Amazon made good on their guarantee and I got my money back and bought a new computer directly from Apple which is working fine.

Absolutely in love. I ordered an excellent condition and it had a pretty decent scratch on the top of the mac, but regardless this has been one of my best amazon purchases.

Not Perfect working condition
For a reconditioned product, the aluminum shell is in good condition. Once minor scratch across the Apple logo, which is acceptable since the product is not new. You can tell that the keyboard has been used. The biggest problem is at least one of the onboard speakers is blown. Since I bough this laptop primarily for my music collection, this was a big issue for me.
