This baby monitor is exactly what we were looking for and the customer service is also excellent. It is very easy to use and it is nice that I can have up to 4 cameras. We use two cameras at a time and I like that you can have it side by side or switch between them. I also like that it is not attached to the internet so I’m not worried about someone hacking it. It reaches from one upstairs corner of our house all the way to the other corner downstairs where we sleep. I can talk through it although you can’t talk through it and hear your child at the same time but that’s not an issue. We did have an issue with the monitor not reading the charger properly but I contacted customer service and they responded within 24 hours to help fix the problem.

This is a great monitor system and not even just for the price! I love that it comes already paired with the monitor. You just plug it in and you see the picture immediately. The sound and display are great quality and there isn't a lag between camera and monitor. The split screen works well especially for monitoring both my twins at the same time. It also comes with a wall mount so you don't have to buy extra parts to mount it to your wall.

So I had another brand of camera and the monitor went out super quick so I found this one to replace it with and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I have both cameras set up in the same room and there is no interference or anything! The monitor itself is wonderful! I was already connected as soon as I plugged in the cameras which made set up super easy! And I love the qualities it has! It has 360 view and you can zoom in or out. It’s able to play lullabies or you can speak through it! You can have it set on one camera, split screen for both cameras, or have it rotate between cameras every 10 seconds. The quality of the picture is amazing! And it has night vision! It doesn’t connect to the internet or anything so there’s no chance of it being hacked into. It’s got so many more settings I love too! You can change brightness or volume and there’s even an eco mode. It literally is so great! I highly recommend it! You can also add up to 4 cameras which I most likely wouldn’t do but it’s absolutely perfect for the 2 I have! It was super easy to install and hang on the wall as well!

The media could not be loaded. This is my second baby monitor from this company. There was an issue with one of the cameras with the first set. I contacted the company to ask about a replacement camera or repairs. I could get a replacement camera OR they would upgrade me to a new version with better night vision.I have been using the new monitor for about a week now and I am Impressed! The night vision is incredible, not grainy. Plus the camera from my previous set will work with this set should I need a third camera.Even more impressive was the customer service. They were quick to respond, within 24 hours.For anyone looking for a great monitor at a great price, this is it!UPDATE: I still think this is a good monitor for the price. The picture quality and battery life are great. The customer service was great when I had a problem with one of the first cameras. My issue with it is one of the cameras has quit working again after about 5 weeks for whatever reason.

So far my family and I are liking the camera and the monitor. It's working great. Battery lasts a long time, can switch back and forth between my father in law and my daughter, plus dont have to download an app on my phone for the cameras. When I'm not using it for my daughter, I give the monitor to my mother in law so she can watch my father in law. I would recommend getting this monitor set.

To be honest I hated this set, there is no way to prioritize one of the two cameras. Even if you set to one camera it still looks for the second one. Even if I unplugged the second camera, it still kept switching between the two and stays on black screen for the unplugged camera. Which you end up missing crying baby that is supposed to show the first camera. By the time camera detects the crying baby and switches over to that camera baby would have been crying for few minutes. I would rather get a single camera with the monitor not this dual set. I have had much better luck with other single cameras.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been blessed with twins and unfortunately anxiety to boot. This has been a godsend with its split screen mode, as I can see both children at once which helps alleviate some of my anxiety. I can adjust the camera’s position from the monitor itself, which is so much easier than struggling with a camera looking at a monitor. I should also mention that the battery life for the monitor itself is excellent. I keep it by my bedside overnight and it still has a charge in the morning. The video quality is pretty clear compared to another brand I was gifted. It doesn’t seem to lag either as I can tell the video tends to show in real time, which is another problem I’ve had with other monitors. As soon as I opened the box the system was ready to use, as both cameras and monitor are already paired and don’t need anything else done. Occasionally the cameras will lose connection, which the monitor will sound a beep to warn you. That’s honestly more likely due to my location than any quality issue seeing as how it resolves itself fairly quickly. The one time it didn’t connect I just turned the monitor off and back on, boom, problem resolved. I’ve probably left way too long a review at this point, but I truly recommend this product for parents.
