This dishwasher has completely exceeded my expectations. My modest 1970 kitchen has no where for a built-in unit without a full remodel and no where to put a full size portable. Honestly I was against the idea of having this purely out of vanity and how it would look. However, its size is perfect - the dimensions are different than most countertop dishwashers - and I bought a stand with a butcher block top that it sits on nicely. I actually like the look of it. Beyond that, its performance is amazing. I love the top fill so I don't have to connect it to the sink and everything comes out cleaner than I was doing by hand. Its quick, quiet, efficient and looks surprisingly good! I'm sorry I didnt do it sooner.

I have been very happy with how clean my dishes come out! I wouldn't use it on the counter top though. Let's be honest, if you have enough counter space for something like this, you could probably have a built in dish washer... I bought the cart suggested by Amazon. $65.00 and it is very sturdy. Love this cart! The dishwasher isn't too noisy, the water tank is easy to fill. I love the cycle options. The express wash is 28 minutes plus dry time and works great. Happy customer so far! Super easy to use especially when using the cart with it.

Great Investment! Cuts my kitchen cleaning by 50% ! I can now spend more time doing other things! Highlight: washes clean! Downside: can only hold a number of dishes at a time. Nevertheless, it a counter top dishwasher! Installation: easy as A,B,C!! Noise level: Low. Note to potential buyers of this product: airmark where you want to position the dishwasher. Check the size of your counter. Ensure you check product specifications before purchasing. Important! Please purchase dishwasher salt if you are going to use hard water. It will soften the water. Also, read manual periodically on how to use the product the correct way! It saves you alot in the long run! Enjoy your product!!!

Stick to using pods and powders. Liquid detergent will leave dishes cloudy.Cooking utensils can't fit on the top rack.It is also power-hungry. A full cycle, including drying, uses 650 watts, triple the power consumption of a full-size washing machine.Other thoughts:Using pods in a small machine like this can be expensive, try cutting them in half!Seriously, don't try using a rinse aid, it can cause foaming which can damage the machine.The noise level is about the same as a full-size freestanding dishwasher.The unit is taller than others, measure your cabinet space before purchasing!

Update #2 Finally received what they mailed and it was a plastic piece for the cover and a link to a YouTube video on how to change the computer. So the piece was wrong but also the video had large pieces missing. This wasn't just replacing a piece that just snaps in. This was taking apart the whole unit along with the spring loaded door. I don't have the tools for that. I was told if I deleted my review then they'd give me my money back! Excuse me, WHAT?!? After almost 4 weeks back & forth I finally got my refund. I honestly just wanted a replacement. Very disappointed since the washer was the best so far. Buyer Beware. Update: I contacted the company thru the links on Amazon and the responded very quickly. I sent a video and have been told I have 'replacement parts' coming, which I'm guessing is just a replacement. I did have to ask for shipping tracking and since it's a Chinese Company there no expected delivery date. It's been 6 days but it just cleared customs. I was also offered a refund for the bother which I do appreciate because being without during the holidays has been a major inconvenience. I'm updating to 3 stars for now because the constant contact and professional conduct has been quite a relief and surprise where most companies just leave you hanging. I understand things happen and try my best to be patient. I appreciate the company doing their best and really honoring their year warranty.I loved this product. Loved it. After 4 months it just started beeping non stop. No buttons work, no display just incessant beeps. We cleaned it exactly how the instructions said. I've sent an email and will update when I hear back but pretty disappointed at such a short life.

I've had it for nearly a year, and it cleans my dishes perfectly. It can even fit a pot, the only complaint is the compartment for the spoons and forks because the clip broke on one side, but honestly that just made taking them out easier. It only takes around gallon of water, which isn't much compared to a machine that constantly use water and it dries the dishes really well. All I had to do was sit it on my counter and use it after I plug it in and the sink hookup works but I don't find it necessary. Overall it's great

It does a great job and is easy to use. It is perfect for a small space or for any space where a standard dishwasher just won’t fit. The dual fill option is perfect for a setup where you can not hook directly to the kitchen faucet. The only minor limitations is the spacing between the bottom rack and the two lower spray arms. A little care when loading keeps this from being a problem.
