I got this thermal printer on the recommendation of a business colleague. I run a small custom reusable press-on nail business. When I first started out, I would jump through hoops to print shipping labels. Not anymore! I've had this baby for about a year now, and I can't imagine printing labels the old way. Plus, I can make custom stickers in a heartbeat! I love how this printer is very small and light, extremely easy to set up, and compatible with my iPhone, Mac or Windows computer. Also, their customer service is fantastic! They walked me through fixing my issue (it turns out I was using lower-quality labels).Two things you should keep in mind:1- You should use Munbyn labels. Trust me. I got other "high quality labels", but they were not actually high-quality. They kept jamming and the print quality was horrible. Once I switched to the Munbyn labels, perfect printing, perfect print quality. In the photo, the Munbyn label is on the left, and the other brand is on the right. Even if it wasn't jamming, you can see that the writing is very faded and not clean.2- The printer is bluetooth, but you can only print bluetooth from your phone, not from your computer. To print from your computer, you will need to use the cord provided. They may have other printers that will, but this one will not.

Easy to set up, works well with pc and Android. Prints on thermal paper and clear plastic without any issue.I love how the paper is placed outside of the printer allowing me to use any size roll or folded labels which is not an option with too many other brands.* Set up was easy. But you have to pay attention to paper selection on printer properties(windows).* It accepts labels from other brands.* Printing speed is decent.* Print quality is fine.* I used thermal label paper and clear thermal plastic and it worked perfectly.Cons: I wanted to print on 1 inch labels, the paper guide closes to about 1.35 inch so it didn't really work.

I love this little printer. I use it to print shipping labels for my etsy store and product labels as well. It comes with a USB drive with the drivers for multiple operating systems. Once you install the driver, it just shows up on the list of printers on your computer, select the label size, and print. I haven't tried Bluetooth printing. It works fine with PDFs and png files; you don't need to use their website or app with a computer plugged into the printer. It prints very quickly (about a second per label) and it's easy to change the label rolls. I also love that it doesn't care what brand of labels you're using, unlike some other types of thermal printers. But I've been ordering the labels from the same brand because the quality is good and they're cheap. I've gone through a few rolls already since buying this a few weeks ago.
