Excellent product, felt the positive impact the very first time I took it! Taking 2 teaspoons in the morning works best for me. Taking it in the afternoon and the evening, didn't work and caused my blood pressure to rise. The licorice is the DGL form so do not know what caused it. Experiment and find what the right dose for you is and the best time to take it.

Was recommended this product by the doctor for my IBS (he mentioned though that he had no evidence, except anecdotal story it helped one of his other patients - a bit strange recommendation from a doctor). I decided to buy it anyway, although it was expensive, as I was desperate for help, just to find out that it had no effects whatsoever. The product also has an extremely sweet taste, which makes me think there is a sugar added (it was supposed to be a healthy herbal product). Having in mind it comes from the USA pharmaceutic industry, it made me question the whole circle of the "recommendation" of such expensive ineffective product. Happy to hear it might have helped some people, however I believe it's worth giving it a second thought before buying.
