I was very apprehensive about buying this machine as I have always had the leaky Karchers.But it arrived a few days ago, easy setup amazing recoil hose, it's alot more powerful than my karcher k3 was and the snow foam cannister works really well,I'd say it slightly noiser than the k3 but nothing too unbearable.So I'm over the moon with it.

I’ve been on the lookout for a pressure washer for a while now, so when Giraffe Tools offered me their wall-mounted model to review, I was eager to give it a go.Inside the box, you’ll find the pressure washer unit, a wall-mount bracket, mounting hardware, an input hose, a foam bottle, a lance with a nozzle, and some documentation. The washer itself is quite a substantial piece, specifically designed to be mounted on a wall. It features a 20-meter retractable hose, which should easily reach most areas around your property or garden. The wall mount includes a pivot mechanism that can be unlocked at the top, and the water supply connects through a sturdy hose at the bottom. The build quality seems decent overall, although the badge on my unit was slightly misaligned.I haven’t mounted the unit yet, and there’s a clear reason for that. The product page and promotional images suggest it’s suitable for outdoor installation on an exterior wall. However, the manual seems to contradict this, and there’s no IP rating mentioned to confirm weatherproofing. For a product of this nature, that’s a pretty significant oversight and left me somewhat uncertain.Another minor discrepancy is with the lance. The product page shows a metal lance with four interchangeable quick-release nozzles, but the one provided is made entirely of plastic with a simple swivel nozzle. Despite this, it performs adequately. I tested it by cleaning a section of our patio, and even on the widest spray setting, it managed to clean the surface effectively, removing (but not totally) the stubborn green moss. The tighter spray handled tougher grime, leaving only the most stubborn marks behind.It’s worth noting that the pressure washer isn’t particularly quiet, and the motor can get noticeably warm during use—though not to an alarming degree.Price-wise, it’s on the higher side, but it does offer unique features like the 20-meter hose and the convenience of wall mounting. That said, we’re not planning to wall-mount it because we don’t have a garage, and we’ll be using it in both the front and back gardens. The pressure is strong enough to handle most cleaning tasks, but my main concern remains its unclear weatherproofing. For now, we’re keeping it indoors when it’s not in use.

If i could give 0 stars i would. this item broke within a month of purchase (used twice), was told would receive a new replacement unit 4 weeks ago now and still nothing. we have chased & chased to be asked the same questions by the same person who dealt with it originally. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! will be making a claim for a full refund as this is unacceptable as we are now being ignored

The media could not be loaded. This is a pretty good pressure washer and it works well and is pretty easy to use just screw everything together and plug it in. The nossle got clogged but the included tool works well and fixed it up easily. The quality of this all feels pretty good and the design is nice. Overall for the price this is a pretty good pressure washer.

The media could not be loaded. After ordering this item i received the Giraffe Tools G20 Grandfalls pressure washer with soft pressure hose. This isn't the item expected but must be a new release model in the Uk. Pleasantly surprised, this model looks more compact.This G20 model has a P115 motor giving maximum pressure of 15MPa, 95 DB noise and a 65ft flexible hose which is fully concealed inside the unit until you retract it. This unit also has a rotatable bracket fixed to itTo install you get a guide for your drill holes to fix your unit to the wall. The bracket does not detach from the unit. It is slightly heavy but has handles on each side for lifting. It is recommended to fix 24 to 32 inches above ground, and it needs to be fixed to a solid wall due to its weight. It is also better placed near your water supply and an electric socket for easy connection.Once fixed to the wall you can connect to your water outlet using the supplied pipe, this fixes on the underside of the unit, then you plug in to the electric point. Thats it, you are ready to go.This is fantastic if fitting into a garage, once fixed it can stay in place, no more dragging out a washer. The retractable lead is brilliant, it locks in place when pulled out and then retracts back into the unit when finished. You could also fit outside but i would imagine a cover would be needed and it is advised to store inside during winter so the motor doesn't get damaged in the cold. You would have to unbolt from the wall to store.Using this pressure washer is very easy, just a dial to turn on and off. the hose extends really far and is a very good hose, soft strong and flexible. You get a soap dispenser included. The noise is ok and similar to other washers i have used. There is a thermal sensor inside which protects the motor from overheating. The fact the unit rotates on the bracket ensures the lead doesn't kink, you can position the unit to face where you are.The pressure is really good, more than enough to clean your car or windows. I used on a patio, and it brought it up cleaner than my previous washer. Really impressed with the cleaning power this gives and how easy it is use. The lead easily retracts back into the unit when you have finished, i did release the pressure inside first by pressing the trigger.Such a convenient pressure washer to have set up in your garage, ready to use straight away when needed. I would definitely recommend, my partner is really happy with this
