Two batteries failed after less than 5 cycles. Not Recommended
Absolute garbage. Purchased on in October 2024, used it for a few fishing trips, then stored it indoors over the winter and periodically checked the charge level. In January I went to top it off and the charger would not recognize the battery. In the app cell 12 was showing 0 volts, and the battery went into low voltage protection mode. Contacted support, and they had a technician contact me via WhatsApp to troubleshoot. The technician concluded that the only option is to cut the case open and check for a loose balance connector on the battery since the rest of the cells looked fine. I inquired about a replacement case since cutting the original one would destroy it, customer service stated that they do not offer new cases. Researching online showed that a new case would be about $200 with shipping from China. I took a partial refund and decided to cut it open "for science". (Note, taking these apart is potentially very dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. If you short out one of the cells they can easily catch fire. Would not recommend taking these apart, especially since the only way to do so is by cutting the case open.)Inside there was no loose connector, and the voltage on the cell showed zero volts and there was minor swelling of the cell. I ordered a replacement on my own dime and the battery is usable now (but has no case, so it's not really practical for anything).I ordered another one against my better judgement in February 2025, and it failed after 2 partial cycles with the same exact symptom (zero volts on cell 12). The seller refuses to respond to any messages through Amazon, and now I'm stuck with a useless battery, and one that I had to repair on my own that has no case.STAY AWAY.
