I purchased the ANNKE wireless camera system for my warehouse. They system is very easy to set up, very plug & play type setup which I like very much, however when I got to the last camera during the setup it was not registering. The light did not come on as the others did and I tried everything I could before contacting customer service. They were very helpful. Since I was at home when I contacted them and not at the warehouse, they did follow ups to allow me to contact them back when I was at the warehouse and we tried every troubleshooting methods. We realized that it was merely a defective camera which no way affected the use of the other cameras and the system. I did order a replacement camera set with the help of customer service and when I received the new one, again simple plug & play. It registered immediately and connected to the system. Overall the system is amazing. I love receiving notifications on my phone from the app. The video quality is great. The attached screenshot is from the cameras I have set up. Two are outdoors and the 3 are inside with no lights on, so you can definitely see that the nigh vision is superb. I have the system set up for continuous recording for little over a month now and only about 9% of the local storage space has been used, so the 2TB was a good option for me. But I might get the additional cloud storage option though in the future. I will be adding more cameras soon and may purchase another additional set for another property. With the great quality of the system and the top notch customer service assistance I received, I am very pleased with this purchase so much that I've already recommended to some people. For the price, service and quality of the product, you can't beat this, A must buy!!

What a great product! Very good price point. The clarity on these cameras is very good. The two way radio option is a great feature.Installation was simple and straightforward. If you would need assistance, Annke has amazing support! Great camera system!

Good system for the price,Relatively easy to installSoftware is a bit generic and not really user friendly the instruction dont help alotBut with just a little messing around you can figure it out,The motions detection doesn't adjust very well I've got it on the second setting and it catches about 20ft from camera but moths and rain set it offcameras work great good quality feedApp works fine but like the dvr software takes some messing around to figure outOne camera of the 8 didnt work on setup, took 2 emails to get new one within a week of 1st email, 1st was a tech support request from thier website 2nd was pictures showing it not working, quick and easy replacement

Having spent decades as a security/surveillance/law enforcement officer, I've had the opportunity to use systems with $75k cameras, that didn't look this nice.The ease of set up, simply a network cable, HDMI, and power to each camera, and it was done. I've used Annke for 5 years now, it was time to see if there was a difference. Wow. What a change.The hard drive DVR is much nicer than the 7 inch monitor and drive that I am replacing. The quality of video is so much better, the operating options are very much improved. Playback is simple, and can be done from anywhere. I'm going to be replacing my current in house cameras, once I verify the compatibility.

I really wanted to like this system, but the connection is extremely unstable. The cameras constantly drop the signal. It’s impossible to get a clear picture. Overall, it’s a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a dependable security system.

easy to set up and install, worked first time, and when I expand to more cameras they can be on a network cable if they are too far from the base, ease to see camera is up if the Pigtail is green.

Honest review.I bought the 8 wireless cameras system but I’m only using 4, I have it running for about maybe 2 months now and the thing do the job, the night vision is decent, the app and signal are good.I love the fact of don’t need a cloud or subscription, I hope the company keep giving both options of local or cloud recording. For $300 kit I recommend it.
