Pleasantly surprised with this watch...
I ordered this smart watch on a whim. I already have a smart watch that I have had for years that I like, but this one has won me over in a few key areas. For starters, the battery last SO MUCH longer than my A watch. I have been wearing it for 9 days now and the battery is still sitting at 28% as I write this. That is crazy considering my other watch needed to be charged at least once a day. It also has most of the useful features you would expect from a smart watch. The display looks very nice and is easily readable. I like the round face for sure, and while it is fairly large, it's not TOO large. It's a good looking watch too. The app handles most of the functions you need and can track workouts, set timers, tell you the weather, track footsteps, heartrate, etc.I also like the additional button that you can assign certain functions to. I set mine to go straight to the timer app so I can quickly set a timer when I need one. One standout feature I was not expecting was the inclusion of a flashlight. I can't tell you how useful this has been. Rather than pull my phone out of my pocket, I can just turn the little LED light on on the watch to illuminate the way in the dark. I am already using it all the time. Very very cool feature.I do wish there was more of a variety of watch faces that I actually like. It seems like most of the faces on offer are way too busy or way too goofy looking, and it bums me out that you can't change out complications (something I am used to having on my other watch). So finding that perfect watch face that looks the way you want it to look and that also has all of the info you want to have at the ready can be kind of tricky. There is a custom watchface feature, but it is very limited in what you can do. I hope this improves in the future. All in all, this smart watch isn't quite as capable as the heavy hitter watches out there, but it gets all the big stuff right. I really honestly might stick with this one and ditch my old watch for good. It really is that good. And for the price it is pretty hard to go wrong.

Good value at this price point, missing audible alarms, interface isn't the latest design
This watch has design that places it in the “sport” category with some nice looking elements on the metal bezel. The bezel adds some sporty style without looking “military”. The grey plastic case on the bottom part of the watch contributes to a lighter weight.Much of your watch experience is going to be what it looks like because most of the functions of watches in this price range are similar. So if you like what you see here as far as the design of the case, let's keep exploring. The 1.43" 466x466 AMOLED screen is bright and crisp as soon as you light up the screen. The colors pop, and there are a lot of colors used in the various graphs and tracking screens. The IP68 rating means the watch is completely dustproof and can withstand being submerged in up to 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes - so no worries about getting it damaged by water. The user guide devotes five pages in English to the functions of the various menu items. It’s adequate. Nowhere in the Amazon description or user guide does it specify the size of the battery. This is usually something that companies want to brag about and post in the promotional material. Hmmm...A couple features worth mentioning that add to the usability of the watch - the crown is rotatable! This provides a bit more control than swiping the menu functions up and down. The second, “down” button under the crown button can be programmed to activate a function of your choice. This is helpful if you use the AI Assistant often, or like checking the weather or controlling your phone's music player from your watch.Operationally, the watch is a breeze. A "quick menu" is a down-swipe away and provides one screen with six icons for easy access to the most-used functions (among them is the often-used Raise to Wake switch for easy access to turn off the screen at bedtime). Swipe right for a half-screen menu with recently used functions for easy access (use it to open the AI Assistant that connects with Alexa). Swipe left for the activity, heart rate, weather, sleep, music control, stress, blood oxygen screens. Here is where the screen's high-resolution shines because the graphs for steps, heart rate, and sleep on the secondary screens are crisp and readable. Pushing the main side button displays the main menu list. Timers and alarms can be set from the watch. The the phone app can be set so the watch automatically records heart rate, blood oxygen, and stress 24 hours per day and then present that info in a bar graph on the watch and with more detail in the phone app.Noteworthy features:• The two quick-menus (swipe right and swipe down from the main screen) bring up useful icons that provide quick access to often-used functions• The screens for activities (steps, calories, and exercise), heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen level and stress, each have additional sub-screens providing more detail with bar graphs and icons - on the watch!• The step display on the watch shows a 24-hour bar graph with steps per hour - nice details to show in the watch!• The heart rate screen on the watch has two sub-screens (slide up) that shows a bar graph with average heart rate per hour and average resting heart rate per day for the past week• This watch can measure blood pressure!• From the watch, there are many (many!) sports that can be added for quick access when tracking activity• The watch offers the option for an "always on display" choice of analog or digital dial facesThis watch has the main core features and functions you would expect in a smart watch in this price range (no flashlight, sound meter, altimeter, world clock - these are some of the features I've seen). It does have a compass function that requires moving the watch in a figure eight motion to calibrate it. I tried a few times and couldn’t get the compass to come up…As far as fitness tracking functions with the phone app are concerned, this watch uses the GloryFitPro phone app, so the functionality and even the display screens on the watch are similar to other watches in this price range that use the GloryFitPro phone app. I have used over 15 phone apps - GloryFitPro is a good example of one of the more popular apps that delivers the main functionality that matches the watch.I have found that the smart watches in this price range generally are very close together on the heart rate and blood oxygen, mainly because the variation is very slight: a couple heartbeats faster or slower is not critical, and the blood oxygen is reliably with the range of 97 to 99%. So there is not much room to be off the mark there.Sleep tracking is another thing! I wore this watch along with a watch that I know has been tracking my sleep accurately. When I compared the sleep records for a few nights, they were within just a couple minutes of each other! This watch hits it out of the park - accurate to the minute for retiring and rising, with accurate capture of awake times. If tracking sleep is important to you, this watch is among the top tier that I have tested. The step tracking is all over the map (yeah, that is a pun!). Walking around the house will not be as accurate as a walk around the neighborhood. Best strategy for step tracking is to walk a distance and count and see how close the watch's step count is.What I have found is that when I intentionally take a walk to the park nearby and count my actual steps, the watches do a pretty good job of accurately recording the steps. It's walking around the house or moving a short distance that doesn't seem to be logged accurately. So I generally view the step count in relation to previous days to have an idea of comparative activity.Room for ImprovementThe alarm and timer functions use only vibration alerts, that, when the watch is on your wrist, is barely noticeable. The lack of an audible alarm and timer renders these two very useful timing functions useless. I use the alarm to wake up and set alarms regularly to track my time, so this was a disappointment. The dial library for the face of the watch is about average. This is an important part of a watch's appearance and your satisfaction (from looking at it repeatedly!). I found four dial faces that were acceptable to my personal taste.
