While I gave this a 5 start rating please read the review closely, this will not be the best choice for many people. I use a work computer (HP Laptop) and a custom-built desktop computer with an Nvidia 4060TI card (I like to game). I have an LG 34 inch monitor and a 27 inch 2K res monitor. I required a dual monitor switch that allowed two monitors to be used with two computers. When I set this up the switch/kvm it worked fine, zero issues. The remote switch is a nice feature but feels cheap. I have no idea how you get a replacement switch. The issue with the unit is that it will not work well with most rigs that have a dedicated graphic cards. Most video cards come with only one hdmi port now (there are exceptions). For this to work you need two hdmi ports as there are no displayport connectors on the switch. You can buy an an hdmi to displayport cable but you are limited to 30FPS if you go that route as I did. I can live with the limitations but there are better options out there.

This was plug and play and functions perfectly. The two cables to the printers are not very long, so you might want to also buy another that's 6-8 feet to go with it.

No power. Power cables work fine when not plugged i to the switch.

For my use, it is to switch my headphone source from my PC to my PS5 and it works perfectly as intended. It does take a couple of seconds for the source to switch over but that's something I can live with. My only major gripe is that the cable is about 2.5 ft long each and I think for most users that's way too short of a cable to comfortably place into a setup. Great product overall!

Despite having to purchase additional cables, the switch turned on without a hitch. Finally I have a switch that works.

I can't speak to the KVM or Bidirectional versions, but the simple USB switch version works great for me. I have two computers on one monitor. I let the monitor handle switching between the video inputs, and use this little guy to switch the keyboard/mouse back and forth. Works seamlessly.

Works great switching Keyboard and wireless mouse between a docked Steam Deck and PC. i like that it is small. Cables could've been longer but no problem, will pick up a longer one for cleaner cable management.

It's always a bit of a crapshoot when buying these products as to whether they will do what they claim or not. The product itself seems legitimate and 'sturdy' but ultimately won't allow me to connect my Dell Laptop with my MacBook Air M2 via two monitors. I know the M2 Mac will only connect with one monitor, so I set this KVM switch up that way, but it doesn't have the right specs to make this happen. I tested the set-up manually and it works, so this KVM switch should be able to manage the same and it can't. It does a beautiful job of the two monitor and wireless mouse / keyboard set up, but can't add in the Mac to one monitor with keyboard / mouse (which was the whole point), so it's getting returned.
