Q: Are these rj45 or 8p8c connectors? the ones i received say cat6 but are straight across instead of staggered.

RESPONSE FROM MANUFACTURER - CABLE MATTERS: These are RJ45 (8P8C) connectors. Whether it comes in straight-across or staggered pin arrangement does not matter and can't be considered as a way to differentiate between Cat5 or Cat6. The staggered arrangement is just for thicker gauge cable where all the wires wouldn’t fit properly side by side, thus the need to stagger the wires.
