I saw a Ugears flower display in Truckee that was in a glass case. It was turning and as it turned the flower was opening a closing but, unfortunately I couldn’t figure out how it was powered.

There's going to be a lot of engineering to do that , wait for UGEARS to come up with a motorized model.
