After two weeks use it would no longer recognize the SIM card. The SIM worked in other phones so the issue was with the phone. Also, the phone battery held charge for 3 days but took HOURS to recharge. I opted for return, did not want to talk to the seller. AZ contacted the vendor anyway. Never received a reply from the seller. 0% customer service

Started out great with a nice battery life. I have to restart the phone almost daily if i want to get calls. Theres a large cancle call button on the back when your on a call. Have dropped numerous calls.

This rugged phone is just OK. It's not as rugged as most other rugged phones I've had, the back screen is totally unnecessary and vulnerable bc it's a millimeter of raised glass on the back, so you risk damaging it every time you put the phone down!There's no ir blaster, idk why I thought that. AND here's the real kicker: it's 6GB RAM, NOT 24GB!You have to read the fine print.The title says 24GB RAM with no asterisk* to describe that this is not the whole truth! So, I'm extremely unhappy about this product's misleading and underhanded title!The battery is 10500mah but it hardly lasts a day with moderate use (no streaming, just texting & web browsing with vibrating turned off). My old Ulefone 13 is a far better phone!
