Crashing out of box every week
I bought this at Best Buy but I’m sorry to say that this laptop looks nice but does not work. It’s so unreliable, crashing and running into usage errors. I had this exchanged and it’s still having issues. I don’t know why all the reviews online were so positive, because it is a piece of trash.I didn’t know until I looked at the specific errors I found online. Then I noticed my issue is not uncommon but actually very common. Asus is not reliable.

Beautiful laptop, bugs not worked out.
Fit and finish on the device is absolutely beautiful, along with the build quality and the screen resolution.That being said, my machine gives me the blue screen of death with "an error has occured" and goes into a strange unresponsive sleep mode where the keyboard is still lit up, but nothing happens and the screen is black, at least twice or 3 times a week. I have to force power off by holding the power key and restart and it comes back on just fine. I also have a problem when the machine goes to sleep, the next morning it will not come back on and I also have to do a force restart. For a laptop that I spent $3,000 on this is absolutely ridiculous.
