Q: does it come with mounting screws

I didn’t get hardware with the item and contacted Safariland. They said the QLS19 does not come with hardware. You use the hardware that came with your holster.

Q: Will it fit the serpa holster for a glock 22?

No. Get a better holster, like a safariland 6378, which this will work with.

Q: Can you tell me the demensions of the holes, which are on the module? i have to compare them to the holster admision of my weapon hk p30:) -german guy

This mounts directly to a safariland holster. The holster has female threaded attachment points for the provided screws molded into the body. There is no need for nuts or washers.
