Set up was super easy. Within 30 minutes I had cold filtered water that tasted great. No more buying bottled water or having to refill 5 gallon jugs of water.

I purchased this dispenser 2 years ago & it worked fine until recently. First the hot water stopped, then the cold water and eventually the entire unit stopped. Tried contacting Customer Service numerous times and the only way to get a response is email. They tried emailing instructions to troubleshoot several times but after I’ve taken the entire unit apart, they claim that there’s nothing to troubleshoot and must buy a new one. Seriously?! After reading other reviews, I see it’s this company’s poor business practice to make units that stop working within 2 years and force customers to buy new ones. I wouldn’t take this dispenser even if it was free. DO NOT BUY!

This water cooler works great and easy to install. We love that this only takes 2 filters instead of the 4 our old one needed. We liked it so much we purchased a table top one too.

I’ve had mine since 2021No issuesI did change those expensive filters out for a 5 stage osmosis one and haven’t had any issues

Has been 6 months since purchase and the heating portion is not working anymore.Pretty expensive water cooler to only work properly for 6 months.

This is precisely what I wanted. I started remote working more days than office working and was frustrated trying to keep hydrated using the refrigerator's built-in water dispenser. This dispenser has a larger fill area and a better flow rate than my alternatives. The water is cold and is as fresh tasting as other filters.It's pricey, and so are the filters, but it's a splurge I don't regret.

I shared the fridge water line, but because I wanted to put it on the other side of the cabinets the line had to run behind the stove. After I reviewed what came with it, I was able to figure out what I would need. So $25 and a trip to a big box store later, I had the 20-foot hose and all of the attachments to connect to the plastic components that came with it. Emptied a gallon or so to clear the filters, gave it overnight to cool and heat, and it is great. I don't hear it anymore than a fridge - if you are standing next to it when it cools, you will hear it. Across the room? Not with my ears.
