Just got my MacBook Air 2019 13.3” and I’m super happy with it! The condition was listed as excellent, and it really lives up to that—everything works perfectly and it looks great in person. There are a few tiny bumps on the hard shell case, but they’re barely noticeable unless you’re looking super close. Overall, it’s clean, runs smoothly, and was exactly what I was hoping for. Would definitely recommend buying from this seller!

I never do reviews because I usually don’t have the time but I absolutely have for this MacBook , I was so skeptical so scared so nervous to purchase it because of how mixed the reviews were but I really needed a laptop for school so I prayed took a chance and brought it in “good condition” from platinum deals , it arrived on time and it CAME IN AMAZING CONDITION omg like I was so impressed there are some scratches but it’s too tiny to detect and I put a case cover over it , it came dead so please charge it immediately and the battery is okay the first night it did drain a bit fast but I had apps downloading so probably that’s why also it’s an 2019 model which in general the battery isn’t as long as the newer models but it still works super well ! Came in normal condition with a cycle count of “286” so pretty good I must say . Screen is in good condition no scratches and everything runs smoothly oh it doesn’t come with the latest update so you have to do that yourself but yeah other than that it’s a good buy and I recommend getting if you just want a MacBook I got it to mostly use it do schoolwork and assignments and it works perfectly for it .Ahhh so happy with my purchase ❤️

This is their moto, I guess but don't believe it. 1 year ago I bought, through Amazon, a MacBook Air 2019 from them. What I got was a 2018 model, which was no huge deal but wasn't what was advertised. The real problem was that I noticed some of the keyboard keys seemed extra sensitive, which I thought was my poor typing skills or an adjustment in the settings somewhere so I kept the computer thinking I could resolve the issues. As time went on, past the 90 day return date, the keyboard issue seemed to get worse so eventually I took it to an Apple Store where they told me that several years of MacBook Airs had a problem with the keyboard and the only way to resolve the issue was to replace the keyboard at a cost of $400, but recommended that I buy another refurbished one that was an 2020 M1 or later model since those keyboards were redesigned not to have this issue. I should have sent it back immediately and that is on me but sending me a supposedly refurbished MacBook that was a year older and the keyboard not working properly is on them. I have tried contacting them about the issue and possible compensation of some sort but have received no reply.

Safe to say I won the refurbished tech gamble! I’m currently a junior in high school and I really needed a simple laptop that could handle small tasks like writing essays and watching netflix, but this was all that and more. This laptop was in almost pristine condition and I couldn’t find any visible imperfections at all. The battery lasts the school day and after too and it charges quickly! The seller of this laptop was Tech Exchangee and it only took a day to arrive! I’m loving this computer and I will update of needed, but so far, I’d go for it if you’re contemplating.

When I first turned it on, the language was in Arabic or something, which was kinda random. I was able to just mess around & select things until it let me change it to English. Once I got it all set up, it was really nice. I like that it’s very sleek, both in physical design and regarding the OS. This was one of the main reasons I wanted a Macbook. It starts up really fast and works well for a used Macbook. It has some trouble playing video games and stuff, but it’s obviously not built for that kind of program. The display is really nice too!! The colors are vibrant and the resolution is clear, which is important for me since I have kinda bad eyesight and sometimes forget my glasses. It’s a bit heavy to carry in my backpack, but it’s fine since I have a really nice one from BAGSMART (also available on Amazon, highly recommend!) that holds it without budging. I’m still learning how to use MacOS since I grew up exclusively using Windows, but I’ve found that it’s actually pretty similar, just laid out more efficiently (for my needs, at least). The shipping time didn’t take any longer than any other third-party refurbished tech seller, in fact I would probably say it was faster!! I’ve seen some reviews on refurbished laptops that say they came with the wrong charger, but mine came with the correct one. Obviously I can’t guarantee the same seller will be listing this device when you get it, but I definitely liked my experience with the one that sent mine!!

I had this laptop for almost 2 years. There were moments where the computer would randomly shut off, the battery wouldn’t charge for periods of times, it would be so slow and can barely process anything. And the keyboard could be sometimes hard to click on as well. The quality and color is pretty, probably the only redeemable traits about the laptop. And it’s durable. Other than that, you don’t need to waste your money on this

Excellent Purchase, 2 weeks in thus far with No regrets. Excellent Battery life (overall span) reading 90% of life which is amazing since this is a 2019 MB Air. Previous owner took care of the laptop. Practically looks new. Keyboard and speakers are amazing and overall packaging received and timing was excellent.
