Q: Which SD card it takes the name of it !?

I use a Lexar 633x 32gb card. I tried using a 64gb card but kept getting errors but this one works and I've been using it for 10 months with no problem. Stay away from SanDisk SD cards.

Q: I bought one not even a year ago, it stopped working already. I need to know how to get a replacement?

Q: Can I hard wire the system to my car and will it run overnight while car us turned off?

It requires power to run. So you can hardwire it to one terminal where 12V is ON all the time. I'd recommend to buy something like Magic Power that keeps powering your camera for the amount of time you choose (0,6,12,24hrs or until predefined battery voltage) and hardwire them. That is much safer option and more convenient, you can change settings any time.
