Works as expected. A must have for adding components that require usb headers when motherboards have limited headers. I also noticed that because it’s a powered hub, devices are recognized and start up quicker.

Uses an SATA power connector to power USB devices. Works well. Has a magnetic back so it sticks to the inside of my steel case. Also came with a sticky adhesive pad.

If you are building in a Hyte y60/70 with the touch screen and having additional screens like lian li tl lcd fans and AIO coolers with screens then this is a must as most motherboards will not have enough connections. Good build quality and well worth the price if it’s a necessity.
