It's a perfect fit.
The Rode mic is housed in a larger barrel therefore it needs a special sized clip. This clip holds the mic securely in any position.

Suits the Rode NT3
Since I already have an original NT3 holder from about twenty years ago, I could compare this new one. Visually it looks very similar though appears slightly more lightweight in some areas. It does the job, side by side with the old one they behave the same.A little bit expensive for what it is.
