Q: Does the 1/4 mnpt fittings on the Pro hose have a larger diameter opening for more air flow?

Hello, Thank you for reaching out! The pro hose fittings to do not have a larger diameter opening for more air flow. The only difference in the regular and pro hose, is that the fittings on the pro hose are reusable. If you needed to repair your hose, the reusable fittings that come on the pro hose would be a great option to do that. Those same reusable fittings are also sold separately by themselves. Excellent Air Line

The Flexilla Pro air line is light weight, durable, extremely flexible and easy to use. It only misses perfect by a narrow amount as the end fittings are rigid so connecting it to the compressor is not as easy as it could be. In truth though, it was very easy to do anyway so no star deductions!

Great hose for the right application

I bought Flexzilla hose to connect to a portable compressor. Warning that if your compressor gets hot, the connector will get hot and make the hose connection soft. The hose can pop out of the connector. I’m using this hose for a four tire air up system so the valve, block and tee connectors provide sufficient dissipation of heat before it gets to the hose.

Like it as it is easy to drag around the shop and outside. It gets self-tied a little, but so far seems to be robust and I'm happy with it.
