Game Changer!
As a parent, I am always on the lookout for products that actually work when it comes to taking care of sudden, unexpected moments. My son had a random nosebleed one evening while simply washing the dishes. It came out of nowhere and caught both of us off guard. Normally, I would just hand him a wad of toilet paper or tissues and hope it stopped quickly, but that method is messy, slow, and not very effective. Thankfully, we had just received these Nampons Kids Nosebleed Stoppers and I decided to try one right away. I am so glad I did.The difference was immediate. As soon as we placed the Nampon in his nose, the bleeding started to slow down quickly, and within minutes it had stopped completely. There was no dripping, no constant swapping out of tissues, and no mess on his hands or face. It stayed securely in place and absorbed everything without causing him any discomfort. In fact, he commented that it felt much better than having toilet paper shoved up his nose, which always irritated his skin. What I really appreciate is the thoughtful design. The material is soft and clearly made with kids in mind. It is not scratchy or stiff, and it does not fall apart like tissue or toilet paper can. Each one comes individually wrapped, which is perfect for keeping in a purse, car, backpack, or first aid kit. They are small and lightweight but incredibly effective.Since that first experience, I have made sure to keep a few of these in every place we might need them—home, school bag, car, and even my nightstand. My son occasionally gets nosebleeds from dry air or seasonal allergies, and now we no longer panic or scramble for a solution. These take the stress out of the situation and help us handle it calmly and quickly.Overall, this product is something I wish I had discovered sooner. It is incredibly practical, especially for young kids who may feel anxious or scared when they see blood. Nampons make the experience much easier for both the child and the parent. If your child experiences nosebleeds even occasionally, these are an absolute must-have. I cannot recommend them enough. Five stars all the way.

Great for Nosebleeds, Especially in Dry Air or While Traveling
I bought Nampons after dealing with a few annoying nosebleeds, especially during dry weather or when traveling. These little things work fast—way better than stuffing tissue up your nose. They stop the bleeding quickly, don’t stick when you remove them, and don’t cause more bleeding afterward. I keep a few in my purse and car now just in case. They're super portable and great for travel. If you get nosebleeds often like I do, keeping the air in your room more humid really helps. I use a humidifier most nights, and I also keep a few plants in the bedroom. On really dry days, I’ll leave a damp towel near the heater or put a cup of water near the bed—it’s a simple trick that makes a difference.Nampons are also good to have around if you have kids or older family members. They're easy to use, clean, and backed by medical pros. Definitely a good addition to the first aid kit.

Very good product
Very effective and easy to use. I was able to cut them in half which was better for my nose.

Good, but…
Good product, I like that they’re sterile, and they work well for kid nose bleeds.Only complaints is they are still a bit long for an 8 year old. And also, they come out of the package air and moisture dried out so they are very hard. As soon as they touch any moisture they start to expand, but it always seems uncomfortable to put this in a bleeding nose, so I often get a half drop of water on it first to expand a bit and soften up.

Plug that leak. It works great. Buy now so you have it on hand!
I had a nosebleed above my nose bone so I couldn’t put pressure on it. It bled off and on for 3 days. I had this happen before and the emergency room Doc put a tampon up my nose. It worked.I bought these thinking it would do the same thing without the 4 hour wait and $100 copay. They did exactly that. I inserted the NamponSimple to use: Insert in nose and pinch if possible. I left mine in overnight. The foam expands to seal the leak. It easily slid out and I have had no more bleeding.Way better than toilet paper or paper towel. A must for every first aid kit!

A must have for those prone to nosebleeds
I have had nosebleeds for several years and have gone through cauterization; however, the issue is not yet resolved. I have tried many products, the plastic nose clamps, and cotton inserts. Of course, I've tried tissue paper and paper towels. I could soak completely through cotton nose packsThis product stops even heavy nosebleeds unbelievably fast. I had a nosebleed shortly after this was delivered and it stopped in under five minutes. No drip. In fact, the unit was only half fouled and it seems like i could have probably cut it in half and still had success. I honestly couldn't believe how well it worked.Until I get a permanent solution to my nosebleed issue - I am going to keep one of these in my pocket any time I go out. I'm not aware of any other product out there that can perform to this level of efficacy. The price is a bit higher than standard nose packs; however, it's a different kind of product. Totally worth it.Initially, I thought it looked strange. The product is rigid and thin. Though, once you put it in, it can greatly expand and can absorb better than any product I've seen. I don't pretend to know how the clotting agent works. But, I can attest that it does very effectively.

Works great!
My daughter gets bad nosebleeds when the air is dry- especially in the winter. She uses these and says they work great. The only downside is it's a bit embarrassing to wear them out in public because it looks like you have a tampon up your nose, which you do. It's very absorbent and stops her nosebleeds in minutes. Because of the absorbency, it helps to keep the blood from running down your throat-yuck!

Hard firm packing gradually softens
These start out as hard packed layered things that soften and expand with moisture. If your nose like mine has problem veins inside these may prove too irritating in their hard original form. I could not use them.
