Q: Why hasn't the manufacturer addressed the comments about facial burns? Did the customers leave the product on too long?

Facial burns? I have no such experience, in fact I keep it on a little longer than the manufacture recommended time because I realise that when I do so it keeps the colour longer.Well,now am wearing my greys and I feel good about it -no longer pretending.
