No, with wheels it's 22 inches.

Q: Is the THD safe for my electronics and my high efficiency boiler in my house?

I would go to the manufacturer and ask them the question. Their website says a lot.

Wheels are included and fairly easy to assemble to the unit.

Q: does it cause damage to leave gen in remot start with out transfer switch?

I've only had mine for a few weeks so I don't know the answer. Also, I think this is something that's better answered by Westinghouse.
