Q: Is this designed for 240v input?

Yes it is 240v input switch, I've fitted it to a light switch which is part of a bathroom shaver/ light.

Q: The old screw for mine is broken does anybody know what size I would need? Think it’s a small bolt type

I assume you mean the bolt that holds the switch in place. If that is the case I struggled to remove it on my appliance because the Phillips head had been wrecked when it was installed. I eventually managed to remove it though, and found 2 more the same size holding a plastic connector block in place - which now only has 1!

Q: Whats the max bulb watts it can support? Can it be used for 25w led bulb on E14 screw?

Yes, that shouldn't be a problem. My switch is connected to two 60 Watt bulbs and works fine. On 240 Volts, a 2 Amp switch should be good for up to 480 Watts.
