Mr. Gupta giving proper replies and response, I ordered other products to this company for my lab . MrGupta is the precious creation. We didn't talk , we never meet . But the company and the person doing excellent work. The product is excellent. It fullfills our expectations.

The heating mantel was giving fumes with burnt plastic smell. It's not ceramic mesh as they claim. It's some nylon mesh. Looks like some plastic cloth. All reviews are fabricated by the seller. No one can stand this plastic stench. I am having headache even now while writing this review because of the smell.

Product is good .packaging is good . All mention parts are in packing box.

I cant find clips after few months of delivery, due to time constraint, but its too late for me to ask for compensation, now to purchase that joint clips, i need to pay 2000rs just for the clips.
