Q: Looks like a decent product and comes with several parts but there are no instructions to show how to install. Gonna have to return if I can't use.

I have an anchor that I screwed to the wall, but you don't need anything permanent like that. It comes with a door anchor, it is the thing with foam at the end. Put that foam part at one side of the door, the other side has the loop which is where you clip into. Pretty straight forward and plenty of TRX videos everywhere, try youtube
