When I first received my item, it was missing the hard case it came with a backpack instead, I didn’t have to mention anything a few days later hard case arrived in the mail. I ordered this kit and promptly returned it (I will elaborate later). I then ordered the same drone but with no extras beyond what the Fly More Plus kit comes with. The drone is extremely lightweight compared to my older Mavic 2 Pro version and thus gets blown around much more easily. Surprisingly, this dancing that occurs while flying in moderate wind gets smoothed out quickly by the gimbal and software processing. The image is very fluid and smooth.The kit (Fly More Plus) is nicely packaged with the three batteries, and the fact that they are the extended version is fantastic. The extra weight requires registering with the FAA, but that is as easy as a few clicks and just $5.00 every three years. Note that if you go to a website to register and the cost is even one penny over $5.00, then you have visited the wrong website, and you should quickly kill that window and look again for the Drone Zone website by FAA.gov.As for the extras, the bag is very nicely made and is perfect for soft-bag use. I got a hard case for storage and some travel, but when I'm on my bike heading to a park to fly, I transfer my stuff into the soft bag that came with the kit, which works perfectly.The reason I returned this kit was because the "extras" that came bundled with it were of no use to me at all. If you want to spend money on extras that you WILL need, get the DJI 65W charger, a Nanuk Hard Case, and a 6 set (or more) of the filters that include a UV filter. The filters aid with smoothing out your video captures as long as you shoot in manual mode. The video work is straightforward; you can learn it all on YouTube in just a few minutes.I use this drone for hobby and professional use. I inspect roofs and buildings, and with this drone, I can easily capture images as sharp and clear as using any DSLR or Mobile Device. However, I don't have to climb onto the roof when it is dangerous or damaging to do so. I get within inches of the surfaces for deficiencies, and I stay about 10 feet away for general images and overall impressions.

The DJI mini pro 4 drone is top notch! All the features have been great. Object avoidance, return to home, hover can make a beginner feel like a novice quick!

great Drone

I'm building my resume as a Drone Pilot and have used this drone many times to do professional work. It's especially useful because of the quality of the Video and Photographic images, the 360 degree obstacle avoidance, the stability of the drone GPS capabilities, and the fantastic flying times with the extended flight battery! It handles extremely well and is very easy to use for both beginner and professional operators, not to mention the portability of the drone. I have traveled with this drone on many occasions and it fit easily into my luggage bag with the soft case and I have never had any problems going through TSA customs, especially if I check the luggage. It serves my purposes nicely and probably will work well for you also! Check it out! I love it!

The mini pro 4 is great to fly. Very stable and responds well. Great for a first time drone user. Tried a $50 model and a $250 model and could not fly either. The problem with the DJI mini pro 4 is you cannot down load photos from the sd card to an iPhone or an iPad. The drone uses an android system and is not compatible with apple. If you contact DJI for help they act like they have never heard of the problem. To download pictures to an apple product to have to use a DJI fly app and can only load 1 picture at a time. DJI and Amazon should be up front in their advertising that the DJI mini pro 4 is not compatible with apple. Update 7/29/24 lost my drone on the 5th flight, DJI does not honor its warranty standard or refresh. They always want more information. I sent the controller back and after weeks they said it was operator error and they would replace the drone for 15% off list price. With the DJI mini pro 4 — 1) you cannot download pictures from sd card to Apple products 2) no user manual available, try to find meaning of user icons 3) no warranty even if you purchase additional refresh 4) no customer service 5) not suitable for beginner
